1 box (14.5 oz.) whole wheat rotini pasta
1 pint NatureFresh™ Farms grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup frozen peas, thawed
1 can low sodium cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
3 mini sweet peppers, seeded, julienned
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
½ cup zucchini, grated
Cook pasta according to package instructions and rinse with cold water.
Mix tomatoes, peas, beans, peppers and garlic in large mixing bowl. Add cooked pasta, dressing, cheese and zucchini and mix well.
